Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, and (for vendors) shop name and the products you list.
• Payout details: bank account or mobile money details, verified through Flutterwave before a shop can go live.
• Buyer checkout info: name, phone, email, and delivery address, collected to complete and fulfil an order.
• Product photos a vendor uploads, used to display their shop.
• Usage data: pages visited, orders placed, and general device/browser info.
• If you use our mobile app and allow notifications, a push-notification device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), used only to send you order and account updates.

2. What we don't do

We don't sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We don't store full card numbers — card and mobile-money payments are handled directly by Flutterwave, our payment processor.

3. Who we share it with

• Flutterwave: receives what's needed to process a payment or payout (name, email, amount, bank or card details entered directly with them).
• Firebase (Google): push-notification delivery and basic app analytics, if you use our mobile app.
• We share data with law enforcement only when legally required to.

4. How long we keep it

Account and order data is kept for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period after for tax, dispute, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

5. Your choices

You can update or remove your shop and product info at any time from your account. You can delete your account and personal data at any time — see 'Delete My Account' below.

6. Your rights

Wherever you are, applicable data protection laws may give you rights over your personal data, and we honour these for every user regardless of location. You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (subject to records we're legally required to keep), or restrict certain processing.
